This is a short video of a newly installed culvert located on Hatcher Rd in Pulaski County Arkansas. This reinforced concrete culvert replaced an aging obsolete metal culvert. This new culvert adds to the overall width of the road. The new culvert is 40 feet long while the culvert it replaced was only 29 feet long. This allowed us to add wider shoulders. Also this culvert is much larger than than the one it replaced adding to its water carrying capacity.
